ever heard of Project 365? i'm thinking of doing that, but am quite sure i'm too lazy to bring my camera around. check out the website here. :)
okay last month, my family and i went to Sakura International Buffet at Admiralty for dinner. uncle bit into a comb-like plastic thing inside their kueh pie ti. it was about 1cm. confirm would get stuck in throat if someone tried to swallow in unknowingly. we took pictures but it's in someone else's camera.
right, so we called on a waitress, showed her the menacing plastic, and carried on with our meal, waiting for an explanation while she took it with her into the office in search for her "supervisor".
no news after 20mins. the waitress was later seen serving other customers, gingerly avoiding our gaze.
pissed off as i was at their service (hello SUKI group??!!), i went straight to the cashier counter and demanded for an explanation. or at least return me the menacing object so i can blog and show the world how lousy their service is. finally, a supervisor whose name i can still rem, told me "oh okay. we will give you some vouchers to make up for it. sorry".
oh so now we know this is how they deal with situations like that. not.
by the time we finished our meal, slightly over 20mins later, no vouchers at all. pek cek so i went to the counter again on our way out, and once again am greeted by the same supervisor, who said "oh madam, sorry i was too busy to go over to your table just now. our management has decided to let you fill in our details in this book so that we can contact you again."
fine. filled in the book. left restaurant.
after more than 3 weeks, no news. so i went to SUKI group's website and filled out a comment form and demanded that they get back to me. now we have to give them credit. i got a reply email the next day. once again no explanation, just give-you-voucher attitude. why? because when Singaporeans complain all they want is freebies?
so another 3 days later, this letter came in the mail, along with a voucher.
i still cant decide if the point of this post is to further complain about their service, or laugh at the letter. HAHA. i really really think this manager should brush up on his english.
