GSS damage

Yesterday was 1st of July. Everybody's yakking non-stop about the GST increase and goodbye to GSS. I haven been to the malls, so i have no idea how terrible the price increase is. BUT. GSS shopping with buddy pan on wed was madness. I burnt a whole in my pocket. :(




See the damage? Tsk. That's not all you know. There are smaller bags stuffed into the big ones. If u know what i mean. I bought 2 dresses, 2 tops, 2 bangles, 1 necklace, etc etc. TSK!

Oh! Have you guys seen the MacDonald's TV commercial? Lol. "Hello, price increase everywhere. can give more?" in the Indian accent. The expression of the Chinese guy is classic. Haha. Thumbs up to the marketing team! I heart commercials like this. :)

Past few days was madness. Sat night we worked overnight. We reached home at 10.30pm, bathed, slept, woke up at 2am. went to work. Returned home at 1.30pm. Zonked out already. Mommy super gungho. While the rest of was were away in dreamland oblivious to the world, she woke up at 4.30pm and went back to the factory till 7plus. Heh i was already having dinner by then.

Catering business is seriously back-breaking work. But yeah, we ought to rejoice at the abundance of orders. Be grateful! Any of you need to order buffet catering, please contact me! Alright, i'll be free for the next few days. Meeting Chuanmin on Thurs, and tentatively Buddypan on Fri noon, bball clique at night. Sat's reserved for beloved cousins. Chiong chiong chiong! I dunno wad i'm gonna do tomorrow though. Hmmm... We'll see.

OH! Lastly, i passed my Basic Theory Test today! Haha. All the females were frantically flipping through the handbook outside the classroom. (aww, classroom!!) I was the only girl standing with the guys, mp3-ing and just looking at everybody around me. I finished the test in 15mins, den i went back to check for careless mistakes. Halfway through, the girl on my right stood up and left. I peeked, the screen showed "FAIL". omg. When i was almost ready to end the test, the girl on my left's screen showed "FAIL". So... I din dare to touch the button. But eventually i told myself i would pass since i know the answers to the questions. I hit the screen when i mustered enough courage. And...... the screen showed "PASS". weeee! haha.
